Are the mangoes sold individually or by weight?

Our Carabao mangoes are sold in 1kg packs, typically containing approximately 3–5 mangoes. As fresh fruit naturally varies in size, the number of mangoes in each pack may differ.

How long will my mangoes last?

This depends on how ripe they are when they arrive. If they're still firm, allow them to ripen naturally at room temperature. Once ripe, refrigerate to slow further ripening and enjoy within 3–5 days, ideally sooner for the best flavour and texture.

Can I cancel my pre-order?

Yes! You can cancel your pre-order any time before the pre-order window closes. Simply contact us with your order number before the closing deadline.

Once the pre-order window has closed, we can no longer accept change-of-mind cancellations. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
